Privacy notice
What this notice is for
This notice explains what happens to your information when you use this site. Adverse Credit Mortgage is an information resource about mortgages and adverse credit. It is not a broker and does not introduce readers to lenders, so it does not pass your details to any lender or third party for the purpose of arranging a mortgage.
What the site collects
Standard web analytics may record things like which pages you visit, roughly how long you spend on them, and the general area you're browsing from, in the way most websites do. The eligibility tool asks about your situation, such as the type of adverse credit involved and roughly when it happened, so it can walk you through the right questions. Those answers are used to run the tool in your browser and are not saved to build a profile of you.
If you get in touch
If you email adversecreditmortgage-couk@contactforsales.com, that message and your email address are used to reply to you. They are not added to a marketing list, and they are not shared with lenders, brokers, or any other organisation looking to sell you something.
What this site does not do
The site does not run a hard search or soft search on your credit file: it has no mechanism to do either, because it does not process mortgage applications. Nothing you enter into the eligibility tool or send by email is used to contact you with offers, and none of it is sold on.
Your rights and how to ask about them
Under UK data protection law you can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. If you want to raise any of this, or you have a question this notice hasn't answered, email adversecreditmortgage-couk@contactforsales.com. For the site's wider terms of use, see the disclaimer.
